I took the Tikkun Nefesh training through the inner healing groups organized by Orah. I first heard about this course through Sukkat David's Facebook page, and it was without knowing the content that I took the plunge.
I was coming out of several painful months, and despite prayer and fasting, I couldn't seem to achieve a breakthrough. Until then, I hadn't been able to find the “key” to unlock what was blocking certain areas of my life. These were real revelations about the nature of my blockages throughout these intense weeks for me. As soon as I finished the first healing group, I was ready for the next one, as it was exactly what I needed to move forward.
The groups are intimate and allow us to work in depth. Orah is wonderful and accompanies us with discernment and kindness. We learn to let HaShem do what He wants. It was a discovery for me to have nothing “to do” other than to accept the process, His Sovereignty and to trust Him, whereas before, I would have gone into battle. I was able to experience HaShem's love for me as much as to witness His love for each and every one of us, and today I look at those around me with new eyes. I was able to experience that He is above all at all times, that He is in control of everything in my life, that it is to Him first that I have to confide about my relationships.
I understood that what I expected from others - love, appreciation, respect - all these things are received through Him, with the aim of giving back to our fellow man. These concepts become realities week after week in the healing groups. My vision of the “order of things” has totally changed. I no longer live in a vision of spiritual warfare, but of a peaceful relationship with my Heavenly Father. I have experienced that He is truly above all our realities and wants to take us out of our bad scenarios, that there is no need to fight but to heal.
I can only recommend this course, which will continue for a lifetime, because the training gives you the tools to keep progressing.
